Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. We aim to provide a smooth and professional experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for all our services, including healings, consultations, and trainings.

 
1. General Policy
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Different services may have slightly different conditions, depending on preparation time or resources required.
 
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation by the Client
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not refundable.
  • Failure to attend a session (“no-show”) is non-refundable.
b. Cancellation by Us
  • In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (due to emergencies, technical issues, or instructor availability), you will receive:
    • A free rescheduling option, or
    • A full refund
       
3. Rescheduling Policy
  • You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may not be permitted.
  • Repeated rescheduling may require an additional fee or may be refused.
     
4. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  • You cancel more than 24 hours before the session
  • We cancel the session
  • Technical issues on our side prevent the session from happening
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong service and notify us within 12 hours
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours)
  • No-shows
  • Partial attendance
  • Completed services (once the healing/consultation/training is delivered)
  • Downloadable content or digital course modules already accessed
Refund Method
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original booking.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
     
5. Trainings, Courses & Workshops
For multi-day trainings or workshops:
  • Cancellations made 7 days before the start date receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the training are non-refundable.
  • Once the course begins, no refunds will be given.
  • If certification is included, it will be granted only after full participation and completion.
     
6. Packages or Bundled Services
If you purchase a package:
  • Refunds are only given for sessions not yet used.
  • Used sessions are non-refundable.
  • Discounts applied to packages will be adjusted if partial refunds are requested.
     
7. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds or rescheduling outside these rules in cases of:
  • Medical emergencies
  • Severe illness
  • Bereavement
  • Other exceptional situations
Proof may be required.
